Get Satisfaction is a leading customer engagement platform powering over 65,000 customer communities. From the summer of 2011 until the spring of 2012, I worked collaboratively with a team at andCulture and Get Satisfaction to deliver a mobile web experience for their communities and design Get Satisfaction’s latest product offering: Engage.
I was the Lead User Experience Designer and Product Designer. My responsibilities were to design user workflows, account for various use case scenarios and create pixel perfect designs.

Get Satisfaction Engage is a widget architecture that allows community managers and businesses to easily embed their communities within multiple online touchpoints.
My role was to lead the user-experience design, map out a highly-intuitive process that would seamlessly incorporate Get Satisfaction's communities into a customer websites and design the updated widget look.
